SUMMER '13

Last May 4, 2013, we (me, my sisters and Papa) went to Mount Sea Resort for an outing with Papa's co-workers at Philippine National Bank and Allied Bank.

Last May 1, 2013, it was supposed to be a rest day since it's Labor Day but instead, we use our time to have a bond together with the other choirs in a form of a sportsfest (Tagis Lakas 2013).

"SA WAKAS"

Last April 27, 2013, I watched "Sa Wakas", a rock musical, with Francis, my high school friend Roseann, and her boyfriend Isaac. "Sa Wakas" by Culture Shock Productions and Fringe MNL features the songs of Sugarfree, and is on its last weekend at the PETA - PHINMA Theater. I thanked Roseann for inviting me to watch it with them because it enlightened me on a different genre of a musical play.

I NAMED MY STUFFED TOY "SER CHIEF"

Last April 19, 2013, me and my special someone celebrated our 4th monthsary with just spending our time together at the mall, It was fun, we ate, talk, ate, talk . . ., then we decided to try our luck and played the crane "thingy" at an arcade and fortunately, we won a stuffed toy and I named it Ser Chief.

INDUCTION OF SFNPC OFFICERS/ SACRED MUSIC SEMINAR

Last April 7, 2013, in the morning, a mass was held at San Felipe Neri Parish Church in the purpose of inducting us, the newly elected officers of different choirs that were a part of the parish. I was elected as treasurer and I will do everything to protect our fund and make it grow.

In the afternoon, a seminar on Sacred Music was conducted by Father NIlo Mangussad. I've gained so much knowledge from that seminar about the difference between sacred and liturgical music, different parts of the mass and everything that concerns what to be sung or not by the choir during different seasons of the church.

DIVINE MERCY FEAST

Last April 6, 2013, me, together with the Mandaluyong Philharmonic Chorus and the Mandaluyong Children's Choir launched a concert for the said feast. We sung "Our Father" and  "Ave Maria" by Javier Busto. The experience was overwhelming because it boosts my confidence in terms of singing.

JOB FAIR/ MPC'S RECORDING AND PICTORIAL

Last April 1, 2013, me together with my sister Darleen and two of my bestfriends Ruzette and Jennifer went at a job fair launched at SMX Mall of Asia. Even though, it was a tiring experience, it was worth it with all those big companies we've applied job for.

After that event, me and my sister went to another event with the Mandaluyong Philharmonic Chorus. It was our schedule for the recording and pictorial that we passed to the CCP but unfortunately, we got disqualified with the said competition because of some criteria. Though, we got disqualified, it was fun doing the photoshoot and recording, we felt like we were big stars.
